You agree to notify phphone immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phphone will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. phphone staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.

phphone accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. phphone does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits are credited to your phphone wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. phphone is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by phphone are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. phphone is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with applicable data protection laws in the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Upon termination of your account, phphone will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in Metro Manila.
